FXRecruiter displays it all automatically based on where you are. But users can always switch between regions as they want.
Want to screen applicants at the application stage and ask conditional questions to capture relevant details? Or need to screen out unsuitable applications?
We have a few options:
Additional questions can be added to the application forms based on criteria such as job location or category.
Example:
If category = IT
"Do you have a degree in an IT subject?"
if location = UK
"Do you have the necessary work permit/visa to work in the UK"
These are sent to FXRecruiter from your recruitment platform with the vacancy via it's API. The answers are then sent back along with the application form via the API.
There are 2 types:
a) Scoring questions
These are multiple choice, with a different score for each
Example:
Level of Education:
GCSE = 1
A Levels = 2
Degree = 3
'Open' questions can also be added, but these cannot be automatically scored, as requires consultant to review, e.g. "How do you prepare for an important meeting?"
b) Killer Questions
These are 'hard reject' questions, where the incorrect answer rejects the application.
We can configure a ‘reject’ message to the candidate using either on screen message informing them “Thank you for your application…. You have been unsuccessful in meeting the requirements for the role at this time”“, or sending an email at a designated time later i.e. 24 hours.
