Automation of your application processes is a key objective of the FXRecruiter Digital Recruitment Platform. Ideally your job vacancies will automatically post to a wide number of different recruitment advertising channels, and applications for your vacancies will flow back into your recruitment CRM, ATS or HR software for shortlisting. Re-keying candidate and job vacancy data into different systems can be time consuming, error prone and wasted effort.
Ideally we will use your recruiter software API (Application Programmers Interface) to develop an integration between your website and your recruitment software.
Via these APIs, we can typically take your vacancies and post them to your website (and onto other job sites we post to). Often we can also put applications, and registrations into your recruitment software, ready for processing. This does require your recruitment software to have the right APIs.
We have integrated with many recruitment CRM systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems, so we have already developed the code needed.
